What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all electronics. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included. Opened items are eligible for return as long as they are in like-new condition. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes. All products sold on Nexoraa include the full manufacturer warranty. In addition, we offer an optional Nexoraa Extended Protection plan that covers accidental damage and extends coverage up to 3 years. You can add this at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping (free on orders over $49) delivers next business day when ordered before 2 PM. We also offer same-day delivery in select metro areas for an additional fee.
Can I trade in my old device?
Absolutely. Our trade-in program accepts smartphones, laptops, tablets, and smart watches. Simply visit our Trade-In page, get an instant quote, ship your device for free, and receive store credit or a direct refund once the device is inspected.
Do you offer technical support after purchase?
Yes. Every Nexoraa purchase comes with 90 days of complimentary tech support. Our specialists can help with setup, troubleshooting, software updates, and more via live chat, email, or phone. Extended support plans are also available.
