What materials do you use in your furniture?+
We primarily use FSC-certified solid hardwoods including oak, walnut, and ash. Upholstered pieces feature high-resilience foam cores wrapped in down-alternative fibre, covered in performance fabrics or top-grain leather. All finishes are water-based and low-VOC.
How long does delivery take?+
In-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order pieces typically require 6-8 weeks for production and an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery. White-glove delivery is included on all orders over $500 and covers placement in your room of choice plus packaging removal.
Do you offer assembly services?+
Most of our furniture arrives fully assembled or requires minimal setup (attaching legs or securing a tabletop). For larger items such as modular sofas and shelving systems, our delivery team handles full assembly at no extra charge with white-glove service.
What is your return and exchange policy?+
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale. Return shipping is complimentary for defective products; a flat fee of $99 applies to change-of-mind returns for large furniture items.
Can I request fabric or finish samples?+
Absolutely. Visit our showroom to see materials in person, or request up to five complimentary swatches through our website. Samples ship within 2 business days so you can evaluate colour, texture, and quality before committing.
