1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Orvelle Home website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and imagery; however, slight variations in colour may occur due to monitor calibration.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and select buy-now-pay-later providers. Orvelle Home reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.
4. Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Custom-made products are non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
Orvelle Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the purchase price of the item in question.
